Our day started off in a small hotel room crammed full of beautiful, vibrant women getting hair and makeup done! Laughter and occasional remarks about the outrageous television show on in the background floated through the air. Shireen seemed calm, which always helps everyone stay in a great mood! Here are a few photos from the beautification stage!

Sharon and Jeroskee

Sharon and Jeroskee’s big day took place on May 29th, and yes I know I am very behind on blogging! It began with Sharon’s hair and makeup, and with the use of a little window light I love the way they turned out! She was a bit nervous about the day, but I think her bridesmaids really helped by being absolutely hilarious! ( I always enjoy a fun bridal party!) Here are a few of my favorites from the getting ready process!

Brant and Hilary’s Stone Mountain Engagements

I met with Brant and Hilary on a beautiful evening in Stone Mountain Park. You could say it was quite humid, but we made it work! Stone Mountain has so much potential for a shoot, and Brant and Hilary were so gorgeous that I wanted to take them around the whole park! Just look at the love in the shot below!

I can’t resist a good bathroom shot! Haha!

Brent and Hannah’s Wedding

I am about to get a bit blog happy! Brent and Hannah’s wedding was amazing! The rain outside was a little daunting, but it didn’t seem to damper anyone’s fabulous time! Hannah was absolutely GORGEOUS, I am so jealous of her complexion! Brent was quite the charmer himself, and I could see clearly how much he woo’d Hannah every time they were together! Everything went smoothly, from the hair and makeup to the bubbly exit! I could not have asked for an easier and more relaxing wedding to photograph! I love love love the images I captured from the day! Take a look!

Heather and Will’s Engagement

First of all, I have been excited about Heather and Will’s engagement shoot ever since she sent me a photo of her leopard print red ruffley shoes! I just knew they were going to look awesome! (And they did!) We began the shoot in Barnesville, making sure to fully embarrass Will in front of all the passing cars. He especially loved kissing in the middle of the street! (He really was a good sport about it all.) I have decided to start using more creative props, so I had my good friend Jessica Stonica come along to help hold two unruly bunches of balloons. One bunch successfully flew across the street into oncoming traffic! An outfit change and a car ride later we arrived at a gorgeous covered bridge in Thomaston. The light set the mood for a little romance, and it was obvious how in love they really are. Here are a few of my favorites!

Adam and Jessie Engagement

Yesterday’s shoot with Adam and Jessie was quite an adventure! They showed up a tad camera shy, but after climbing onto a rock wall, getting stuck in a hole, and finding a four leaf clover they were ready for anything!!! (No one was harmed, but there was quite a bit of laughter!) I really love the images!

The shot below was captured moments after she found the clover. It was such a coincidence because Adam had just asked “Wouldn’t it be awesome if we found a four leaf cover?!” Jessie was thrilled!

The Lunsford family senior photos

Yesterday I had the chance to meet an amazing family, the Lunsfords! We met for the shoot at Line Creek Nature Center in Peachtree City and I fell in love with the place! If I had not had my camera on….I would have jumped in! (Would that be unprofessional?) I really enjoyed this shoot and family so I was sad to leave them! They were even headed to get wings and drinks afterward….I totally could have cleared my plans! Haha!

Sharon and Jeroskee Engagements

This past Saturday was absolutely beautiful! Piedmont Park was definitely the place to be for live music, Frisbee, and roller skating! I sat soaking up the sun, listening to funk music coming from across the lake at Park Tavern while I waited on Sharon and Jeroskee to arrive for the session. It was great to see them again, and the session made me even more exited about their wedding day! Here are a few of my favorites!

I loved all of the little flashes of color in their outfits and how they matched!

Wedding season is approaching!

Hello everyone!

It feels like I have not posted in ages! Luckily I will be very busy this spring and summer with weddings and engagement sessions, so this blog will be overflowing with images soon enough! In my free time I have been organizing and reworking things, moving into our very first HOME, and wishing it was summer already! We are slowly settling into our home, but the unpacked boxes are too numerous to count! (So let’s not count them!)

Things kick off for me at the end of this month, so keep an eye out! I feel great things are in store this year!

What’s even cooler than my old coffee table albums? My new ones!!! : ) I decided that it was time to upgrade my image and products, so I have been ordering samples of prints, albums, and disc cases! I am excited about future meetings and cannot wait to show my new things! Take a look a these fun albums! I will offer them in the 4×4, 8×8, and 10×10 sizes in my wedding packages, but you could also order these for your senior or newborn shoot!

Love your new album but now your parents or grandparents want to steal it for themselves? No worries! We will offer additional albums for a discounted price!

Also, I have changed my pricing and it is now available to view on my website, blog, and facebook fan page!

I am excited about 2010 and hope to book lots beautiful, fun weddings!
